Sam's Nursery

I go from never blogging to TWO in one day?! Shesh. However--let me tell you about this little thing called pregnancy brain. I always thought it was a lame excuse my friends used. I am eating my words you guys. I don't remember crap. Ever. Including the navy monogrammed blanket I found that was PERFECT for his nursery...I X'ed out of the webpage and can't for the life of me remember where it was :( so I put together a collage of all the accessories and what not that i've found online for the nursey.
We still have to pull the carpet up in that bedroom so right now it's all just a vision and no action. Which is making me CRAZY. Therefore I decided to make a collage and pin EVERYTHING so that I don't FORGET IT..again. :|

I'm doing Navy and Mint for colors--I have an antique dresser that i'll refinish and use for the changing table. We have the Jenny Lind crib and a simple glider. I do not plan on getting a bedding set...mainly because they seem really expensive for how little they get used. I was just going to stock up on some sheets and get a couple of blankets to put out and call that good.

1. Owl Lamp--World market. I love this for either the side table or on the changing table.
2. Owl changing pad cover--Etsy. This is a must in the room. I love it!
3. Antique dresser for a changing table and the banner.
4. Garage Sales/thrift stores--The frames--I plan on doing that with the frames in #5!
6. A silhouette of a pekingese--Etsy...well clearly there is no getting around that!
7. Benjamin Moore paint--Palladian
8. Color theme Navy/Mint/Cream/hints of gold.
9. Grey Rug--Rugs USA (out of stock so i'll just try to find something close to it!)
10. Tassle garland--Etsy. I can't decide if I want to just buy this or try to make it myself. I want to hang this behind the crib.
11. Wire baskets for organizing diapers!
12. Where the Wild things are print--Etsy.
13. Elephant Print--Etsy
14. Jenny Lind Crib--Already have.
15. Hot air balloon mobile--Etsy. I seriously have found nothing i love as much as this.
16. Tissue Poms somewhere in the nursery will have to happen! Luckily I have a sister in law who is a pro at making these suckers!

20. Arrow and Monogram blanket. I love this. It's just whimsicle enough!

I am SO EXCITED to get started on little man's nursery. I'm about to start trying to pull that carpet up by myself. I did it in another room when I didnt realize I was a month along so whats the difference lol!
